Arheb-ارحب helps hosts and invitees coordinate meet ups and events at an exact meeting point.

Data We Collect

Arheb may collect account data such as name, email address, optional phone number, account identifier, city, language preference, optional profile photo, and optional profile background photo.

When you use meet ups or events, Arheb may store request titles, details, invitees, meeting points, scheduled time, participant status, arrival status, and sync history.

Arheb may use precise location when you use map preview, navigation, onsite arrival, or automatic arrival registration.

How We Use Data

We use data to provide app functionality: signing in, confirming accounts, creating requests, joining requests, opening maps, checking arrival at the meeting point, syncing request status, managing premium access, and showing notifications.

Tracking and Sharing

Arheb does not use advertising tracking and does not sell personal data. Meeting and arrival information is shared only with the host and participants of the same request, except public requests that may appear in Explore.

Photos

Profile photos and profile background photos are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket under the signed-in user's own folder.

Location

Arheb uses one-time location fixes when you request a current meeting point or onsite arrival check. If you opt into automatic arrival, iOS region monitoring may wake the app near an active meeting point. Arheb does not start continuous navigation-grade location collection at sign-in, and active updates stop after the requested fix or when the app becomes inactive.

Safety Reports and Blocking

Arheb processes private reports about requests, profiles, and profile photos, and stores account blocks so blocked accounts cannot view each other's profiles or active requests. Reports may be retained while they are reviewed and for legal, safety, or dispute handling.

Purchases

Premium purchase status may be checked through Apple and RevenueCat so the app can activate host features. Arheb does not receive or store your full App Store payment card details. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

Account Deletion

Users can permanently delete their account from the in-app settings. Deleting an Arheb account does not cancel Apple billing, so active subscribers should manage or cancel their subscription in the App Store before deletion. Account deletion removes the Arheb account, profile, profile photos, hosted requests, participant rows, and arrival data, except records that must be retained for legal, security, payment, backup, moderation, or dispute reasons.

Terms Acceptance

Users must accept the Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy during sign-up before creating or confirming an Arheb account.
