Agreement

By creating an account, checking the required sign-up boxes, signing in, joining a request, hosting a meet up or event, or using Arheb, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the app.

What Arheb Provides

Arheb is a coordination tool for meet ups and events. It helps hosts create requests, share meeting points, invite or accept participants, open map navigation, and manage arrival status. Arheb does not guarantee that any person will attend, arrive on time, behave safely, or provide accurate information.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the requests you create, the information you share, the people you invite, your onsite decisions, and your conduct with other users. Do not use Arheb for unlawful, harmful, harassing, misleading, unsafe, abusive, spam, or culturally inappropriate activity.

Safety, Reports, and Blocking

Arheb filters prohibited text and lets users privately report requests, profiles, and profile photos. Reports are intended to be reviewed within 24 hours. Users can block abusive accounts. Arheb may remove content, cancel requests, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these terms or create a safety risk.

Location and Arrival

Location, map, navigation, distance, and arrival features are coordination aids only. GPS, maps, network quality, device permissions, and third-party map services can be inaccurate or unavailable. Arheb is not an emergency, safety, surveillance, or guaranteed tracking service.

Private, Public, and Link Requests

Public requests may be visible to other users. Private requests are intended for invitees, but invitation links can be forwarded by recipients. You should only share private links with people you trust.

Premium Purchases

Premium Host is a digital service for hosts. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, billing, refunds, and subscription management are processed by Apple through the App Store. Digital access may begin immediately after purchase. Arheb does not process direct cash refunds. Refund eligibility is handled by Apple under App Store terms and applicable law. Active subscription access can be restored through Apple purchase restoration where supported. Deleting an Arheb account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage or cancel it through App Store subscriptions.

Account Actions

Arheb may limit, suspend, or remove access when necessary to protect the app, other users, legal compliance, payment integrity, or service reliability. You may request account deletion from the app settings.

Service Availability

Arheb is provided as available. Features may change, fail, pause, or be removed. Third-party services such as Supabase, Apple, RevenueCat, Apple Maps, Google Maps, SMS, email, and push notification providers can affect the app experience.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Arheb and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or onsite damages, including missed meetings, travel costs, user conduct, inaccurate locations, unavailable services, or lost access caused by third-party platforms.
